WARRANTY

LIMITED ONE (1) YEAR LABOR; FIVE (5) YEAR PARTS

From dat e of purchase, by original consumer purchaser, BH Nort h America will repair or replace,

at its option, free of c harge ONE (1) YEAR labor and / or FI VE (5) YEAR parts which are defective

as a result of m at erial or workmanship with the exception of any cosmetic component which wi ll be

covered for NINETY (90) DAYS from the date of purc hase. Any component that is a c ustomer

point of as sembly will only be replaced; labor is not covered.

FRAME

BH North America warrants a lifet ime replacement of the frame should it deem defect ive as a

result of material or workmanship from date of purchase by original consumer purchaser

COMMERCIAL OR RENTAL USE

I f a Bladez product is used for commercial or rental purposes the warranty is void.

THIS WARRANT Y DOES NOT COVER

· Pre-deliv ery set-up

· Components that require replac ement due to di rt or lack of regular maintenance

· Expendable items which become worn during normal us e.

· Repairs necessary because of operator abuse or negligenc e or t he failure to operate

and maintain t he equipment according to the instructions contained in t he Owner’s

Manual.
